Personal information is retained while the member maintains active membership. Records related to contracts, payments and consumer disputes are kept in accordance with relevant Korean laws (e.g., 5 years for contract / payment records, 3 years for consumer dispute records, 6 months for identity verification records).
D. Destruction procedure and method
Once the purpose of use has been achieved, personal information is destroyed without delay. Printed paper is shredded or incinerated; electronic files are deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
E. Sharing and provision
